Vishal Rastogi

Vishal is Founder Shareholder and Director of Doozy since its inception in 2015. Vishal did his schooling from La Martinere college Lucknow, followed by his BE from IIT Roorkee in 1995. He joined Tata steel straight from campus and since then have worked for Interra IT, Computer Sciences Corporation and Pitney Bowes. Vishal had held several senior positions in these MNC’s including that of General Manager and Director. He brings with him experience of handling large operations and Programs. He is an MBA from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in International Business with specialization in Mergers and Acquisitions.
Vishal brings an overall experience of 22 years of corporate world to Doozy Farms. He spends most of time working on all aspect of Doozy farms business starting from High Quality milk production, Distribution, Customer service, Marketing, Shareholder Management, Capital Raising and working out the Growth Strategy for the overall company. For this reason, Zirakpur has become his 2nd home where he spends more than 15 days away from his loving wife and 13-year-old son.

Vikas Singh

Vikas Singh is Founder Shareholder and Director of Doozy. He brings deep insight into entrepreneurship, private equity, fund raising, capital management, corporate finance, direct sales, relationship management, energy commodities and its logistics. Prior to starting and growing Doozy, he co-founded Kitty Hawk as its Shareholder Director in 2011. Kitty Hawk is into Coal Mining and Coal Trading business established in Singapore with investments into Coal Mining assets in Indonesia. Kitty Hawk will be listing on Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) in 1st half of 2020 via reverse takeover. Kitty Hawk is Vikas’s 1st “start-to-exit story” as an entrepreneur.

Before starting his entrepreneurial journey, Vikas spent 15 years in the corporate world in various capacity with BNP Paribas, Standard Chartered Bank, Citigroup and Merrill Lynch. As a banker he has developed a unique skill of making investments into public companies by blending their fundamentals with their technical.

Vikas earned his Master’s in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and his Bachelor’s in Engineering from IIT Roorkee.

For Doozy, he is responsible for Capital raising and working out deals and structures for mergers and acquisition and working closely to establish Growth Strategy for the company.

He is an avid reader of books on human psychology and behavioural finance. Vikas is married and has 2 school going kids and currently lives in Singapore.

Rajesh Amarnath

Rajesh is also Founder Shareholder of Doozy Farm and someone who had worked in establishing Doozy’s Operation in Chandigarh. The retail distribution in Zirakpur started from his home till it became big enough to be shifted to a distribution hub.

Rajesh holds a BE degree from IIT Roorkee in Chemical Engineering and after passing out from Roorkee, and after taking few attempts at Civil Services Exam, Rajesh turned to teaching and came to Chandigarh in 1999. In 2000, he started an Institute to train students for IIT-JEE under the name ICDI as a partnership firm which later became ICDI Education Pvt. Ltd. Company. It had branches in Ambala, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Ludhiana and Patiala. It produced AIR 1 in IIT-JEE twice – in 2002 and in 2006. In its 10 years of existence it produced more than 600 IITians and more than 2000 engineers. He is passionate about Teaching and that passion also shows in all work that he is involved with.

In 2010, Rajesh joined Aakash Institute as a senior professor in Physics and presently working in the same institute as Academic Head at Chandigarh and Mohali Branch.

Rajesh is married and has 2 school going kids.
